Justin Zornman Joins Steven J. Sless Group of PRMI

Group’s first remote hire brings 15 years of sales management knowledge

OWINGS MILLS, Md. (July 1, 2020) – The Steven J. Sless Group of Primary Residential Mortgage (PRMI)

is expanding beyond Maryland with its first remote hire. Fifteen-year sales management veteran, Justin Zornman has joined the boutique reverse mortgage firm as a loan officer assistant based out of Kalamazoo, MI.

“We are looking to grow with five to seven more hires,” said Steven J. Sless, CLTC®, national reverse mortgage division manager with PRMI and branch manager with The Steven J. Sless Group of Primary Residential Mortgage, Inc. “Technology is keeping us well-connected to customers and staff alike who have all been sheltering in place, and we realized that geographical distance would not be a barrier if we find outside talent to complement our team.”

“Justin definitely stood out and his enthusiasm, drive and passion were evident from our very first conversation,” Sless added. “His ability to understand and manage people will lend itself very well as he completes his studies to pass the NMLS exam, get licensed and open a Michigan branch for us.”

Zornman’s current responsibilities include calling on inbound leads, educating and empowering customers, and assisting the firm’s loan originators and the processing team to clear loans.

“I am honored to join PRMI and The Steven J. Sless Group to assist home owners, who are 62 or older, convert part of their home equity into cash income with no monthly mortgage payment,” Zornman said. “My goal is to be a valuable asset to our team and the clients we serve with the reverse mortgage process, and ultimately establish The Steven J. Sless Group of PRMI as the market leader in Michigan.”

A University of New Orleans graduate, Zornman most recently served as remote regional sales manager for TOG Properties. Previously, he served as business transient sales manager at Doubletree/Sheraton Houston Intercontinental Airport and Sheraton Metairie–New Orleans, and business development sales manager Refreshment Solutions. He is married to wife, Andrea, and father of their son, Austin.
